Intermediate

The Intermediate program is for those individuals that are physically fit and you may already have a regular exercise routine. The Intermediate program covers 10 weeks and you will progress from walking 30 minutes 4 times per week to walking 1 hour 5 times a week.

If the program laid out above proves to be too difficult or you find yourself out of breath, back off on the distance and time slightly until you feel more comfortable.
